March 2012 – Pension Plan Disability Benefits 

The Pension Plan has been modified effective April 1, 2012 to make some changes to its disability benefits.

December 2012 - New Rules for Suspension of Early Retirement

For benefits accrued on and after January I, 2012, the type of work you can engage in before your Normal Retirement Age without having your pension suspended will differ depending on how long you have been retired.

July 2010 – Notice of change in plan benefits

Your Plan was certified in “endangered” status for 2010 and was required to update its "funding improvement plan".
